As a therapist, Katelyn’s goal is to empower individuals to improve their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Katelyn specializes in utilizing evidence-based techniques to help individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, attention, and behavioral concerns learn coping skills and healthy lifestyle strategies to improve their quality of life. Katelyn has experience working with children, teens, and adults of all ages.
