Tracy specializes in using evidence-based practices to assist clients in overcoming anxiety and stress-related issues, so they can once again live purposeful, joy-filled lives. As a clinician, Tracy focuses on mindfulness and cognitive restructuring with children, teens, and adults. She is certified in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and has experience working with ADHD, depression, anxiety, sleep disturbances, and behavioral issues.

Morgan’s background is in the field of medical social work where she worked with adults to improve emotional and physical well being through behavior modification and lifestyle changes. Morgan’s approach focuses on building a strong therapeutic relationship and creating a safe space for clients to identify and work towards their goals. Morgan is a BCIA Board Certified Neurofeedback (BCN) provider and trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Katelyn has experience working with children, teens, and adults of all ages.
